How is the silhouette created?

Your timeless silhouette is professionally cut from heavy, black silhouette paper.The silhouette piece is mounted on an 8.5 in. by 11 in., cream colored, textured linen paper, for a gorgeous contrast. All paper is premium, acid and lignin free. You can choose if you would like it framed in an 8 by 10 black plastic oval frame, as seen in the picture. Unframed silhouettes do not include trimming to oval. This is NOT a computer generated art piece, and is not a downloadable product. It is a timeless work of art. These make wonderful heirloom gifts!!

__ Wearing a relaxed or soft expression
__ Lifting her/his chin up with nice posture
__ Long haired silhouettes look best in a ponytail or messy bun
__ It is helpful for the background to be plain*Please send a photograph of with entire head/hair in it. If you’re not sure about your photo, send a few and  I’ll pick the best one.
